The SEPI Agency SCIF

The SEPI SCIF is a secure digital vault inspired by the intelligence‑community concept of a SCIF. It houses a growing library of declassified UFO/UAP reports, along with documented cases involving paranormal, supernatural, and unexplained phenomena. The aim is simple: preserve and share material that may hold value for the public — including evidence of technologies, events, and incidents that have historically been obscured or overlooked by corporate or government bodies. 

We built the SCIF to preserve public records of anomalous events — because history shows that governments and institutions don’t always keep this material accessible. These documents matter, and allowing them to disappear would erase part of our shared understanding. By archiving them independently, we help ensure the truth is recorded and remains available.
